The 21 September discovery recorded for this article returned unrelated partial matches instead of an attributable product document for Instant Xp Cipro. We have no authenticated service specification or provider. That limited result does not prove non-existence, and it is not a company-register search. No operational significance is assigned to Instant, Xp or Cipro merely because the words resemble a product name.
An interface label cannot specify a product's behaviour
A useful specification would describe what information enters the service, what action is taken and what output the user receives.
