Write to [email protected]. One address reaches all three editors, and it is the only channel we operate. We have no telephone line, no chat widget and no messaging account, and anyone contacting you in our name through such a channel is not us.
Sending a correction
Corrections are the most useful mail we receive, and the most useful corrections carry documents. Please include the exact page address, the sentence you believe is wrong, and the evidence that settles it. Good evidence is a company register extract, an entry in a supervisor's public database, an official warning notice, or a dated copy of a page that contradicts what we recorded.
We read everything. We act on what is documented. An assertion without a source will not change a verdict, however firmly it is put, because publishing an unsupported claim is the exact failure this site exists to point out in others.
If you represent a platform we have written about
You are welcome to send us the legal name of the operating company, its registration number and country, and the supervisory authorisation covering the service you advertise. We will check it against the register and the supervisor's database, and if it holds we will rewrite the brief to say so and move the checked date. That is the whole procedure, and there is no fee attached to any part of it.
What we cannot do is remove an accurate finding, publish a marketing description as though we had verified it, or agree in advance what a rewritten brief will conclude. Requests of that kind are declined and the correspondence is noted on file.
Suggesting a brand
Tell us the brand name and where you saw it advertised. We prioritise names readers are meeting in paid promotion, because those are the ones about to be deposited into. A suggestion is not a promise of coverage and coverage is never for sale.
Response times and privacy
A person answers, so it takes a few working days rather than minutes. Your message and address are used to handle your enquiry and nothing else, and the privacy policy explains that in detail. If you are asking us to publish something you were told privately, say so clearly, and we will not attribute it to you without agreement.
